Please read before booking

All new clients and clients who have not had a colour by me in the last 6 months must have a skin test up to 48 hours before there chemical treatment. New clients must pay a £30 deposit to reserve there appointment slot. This is a non refundable/transferable deposit. This can be paid by  BACS or cash. 

Cancelation fee,

 The full balance of appointment booked will be due with cancelation less then 24 hours. The studio does not accept walk in clients so the appointment can not be filled last minute.  Unfortunately if you are more then 10 minutes late for the appointment the service will not be able to be carried out and you will loose your deposit.

Regular clients do not have to pay a deposit however if appointments are cancelled on a regular basis, a deposit or a full payment must be made before any further bookings.

​Children under 7 does not include a wash due to fitting under the sink. Hair must be freshly washed that day. They may be refused the service with a charge due to hygiene reasons and a proper hair cut can only be carried out on clean hair.
